He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Buchholz of Mayfield; his sons, Taylor Buchholz of Mayfield and Tyler Buchholz of Mayfield; and his siblings, Kimberly Ivy of Paducah, Tammy Lunini of Belton, Texas and Michael Ivy of Mayfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
