We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2022, at the age of 91, Sylvia Waidzulis of Mayfield, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent Waidzulis, Sr.; her sisters, Vivian Kunz and Arlene Katsibubas (Germain Pacholic); and her parents, George Vicek and Emily Modla Vicek.

She is survived by: her children, Vincent Waidzulis, Jr. (Mary) of Antioch, IL and Charmaine Gunn (Grover) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
