She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Gates Foy; her daughter Patricia Bell; her siblings, Agnes Walker and James Almos Pharis; and her parents, Virgil C. Pharis and Inez Bockman Pharis.

She is survived by: her children, Jim P. Foy (Shelia) of Mayfield, KY, Ann Green of Mayfield, KY and Jane McManus (Sonny) of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
