She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ray Woods; her siblings, Avella Padgett, Bill Smoot and Royce Smoot; and her parents, Roy Smoot and Avada Byron Smoot.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Woods (Lisa) of Mayfield, KY and Teresa Pierceall (Dennis) of Mayfield, KY; her sister Susan Conn of Melbourne, FL; and her grandchildren, Torin Pierceall, Kelsey McKinney, Jace Woods and Kaitlin Morris. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
