He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tony Mills, Jerry Mills, Jimmy Mills and Ann Gore; and his parents, Rex Mills and Thelma Bray Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Ross L. Mills (Stephanie) of Mayfield, KY, Rex Daniel Mills of Pilot Oak, KY and Rachel Mills Emmerson (Justin) of Norman, OK; and his stepdaughter Jennifer Byrd of Mayfield. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
