He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Chapman and Elizabeth Dick Chapman. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Chapman of Mayfield, KY and Shellie Wingate (Paul) of Frankfort, KY; his siblings, Michael Chapman (Linda) of Mayfield, KY and Kay Bradford of Mayfield, KY; and his grandchildren, Ryan Potter, Isaac Chapman and Jackson Chapman.
