He is survived by: his wife Diana Franklin Bushart; his children, Tammy Morgan of Mayfield, Jennifer Burnett of Mayfield, Brad Bushart of Mayfield and Stephen Bushart of Mayfield; his siblings, Becky Williams and Tommy Bushart of Wingo, KY.; his grandchildren, Chelsea Morgan, Seth Burnett and Jacob Morgan; and his great grandchild Bentlee Morgan.
