She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blythe and Myrtle Cochran Blythe; her siblings, Robert Blythe Jr., William Blythe, Gladys Blythe Norman and Ruby Blythe Larson; her children, Harvey Johnson Jr., Harvetta Johnson Osler, Clarissa "Tootie" Johnson and Kenneth Johnson; and her granddaughters, Lorraine Love and Yvonne Johnson Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Jo Smith; her daughter-in-law Garnitha Johnson; and her grandchildren, Joe Johnson (Talona), Yolanda Johnson-Farmer (John), Emma Osler Williams, Freda Osler, Angela Coleman (Mark), Harvey Johnson II, Victoria Johnson, Norlisha Johnson-Walker (Keith), Randy Love (Crystal), Jennifer Reives (Steve), Tammy Mason (Ronnie), Candace Burton (Anthony), Leslie Duerson, Lolita D Lorah, Jashonna Carruthers, Su Kreshia Bridgett, Kenneth Lee Laster (Jasmine) and Kesean Johnson. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
