He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Mahan and Altie Azalee Gray Mullins; his wife Jamie McNeely Mullins; his son Jim Mullins (Janna); his grandsons, Benjamin Mullins (Roxanna) of Jackson, MO. and Barrett Mullins (Lexy) of Murray, KY.; his great grandchild William V. Mullins of Jackson, MO.; and his siblings, Henry Mullins, Lou Delle Thomas and Hilda Gray Mullins.
