She was predeceased by: her husband Bishop N. Warren; her sons, David Shane Warren and Dwain Warren; her siblings, Helen Louise McAlpin and Ralph Lacewell; her grandchildren, Jessica Warren and Perry Warren; her great grandchild Reagan Warren; and her parents, L. J. Lacewell and Pauline Bonds Lacewell.

She is survived by: her children, Dwight Warren of Mayfield, Karen McClain (Phillip) of Mayfield and Tim Warren of Mayfield; her brother Ricky J. Lacewell of Mayfield; and her grandchildren, Brandon Warren (Trenda), Jeremy Winter Warren, Darren Warren (Amanda), Kim Chambers (Jacob), Brian McClain (Shannon) and Mercedes Todd (Ethan). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
