She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Callison (David) of Fancy Farm, KY, Penny Felts (Jamie) of Mayfield, KY and Leanne Tompkins of Farmington, KY; her siblings, Terry Moore of Lowes, KY, Stevie Moore of Cuba, KY, Glen Moore of Mayfield, KY, Joe Moore of Dublin, KY, Ricky Moore of Golo, KY, Brenda Allen of Mayfield, KY, Barbara Willoughby of Fancy Farm, KY, Peggy Lyell of Sedalia, KY, Paula Hale of Dublin, KY and Dedra Moore of Columbus, KY; her grandchildren, Tara Ladd of Murray, KY, Mitzi Callison of Fancy Farm, KY, Nick Felts of Farmington, KY, Madison Haley of Mayfield, KY, Hunter Palmer of Cape Girardeau, MO and Zoie Palmer of Cape Girardeau, MO; and her great grandchildren, Holden Ladd, Adelene Ladd and Victor Palmer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
