Pamela Dowdy Obituary

Mrs. Pam Jean Dowdy, age 63 of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 9:00 AM at the River Haven Nursing & Rehab Center in Paducah, Ky.

She was of the Baptist Faith; a seamstress at the former Mayfield Manufacturing, and also a Homemaker.

Mrs. Dowdy is survived by her daughter- Heather (Dustin Spresser) Newton of Paducah, Ky; son- P.J. Dowdy of Mayfield, Ky; Courtney (Josh Robinson) Rogers of Mayfield, Ky; daughter- Allison (Samuel) Garber of Wingo, Ky; daughter- Trisha Dowdy of Lexington, Ky; two brothers- Jeffery Jackson of Clinton, Ky and Brian Jackson of Memphis, Tn; one sister- Robin Jackson Lowe of Paducah, Ky; four granddaughters, eight grandsons; 2 great-grandsons also survive.

She was preceded in death by her sister- Renee Jackson; brother- Douglas Jackson; parents- William Alfred & Naomi Sue Highers Jackson.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Wingo, Ky with Rev. Chad Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in the Holifield Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the Brown Funeral Home in Wingo, Ky.

Pallbearers will be Preston Dowdy, Aeden Harris, Dustin Spresser, Josh Robinson, Reamone Henson, and J.D. Robinson.
