She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Saunders; and her parents, Charlie O'Connor and Ardell Harris O'Connor. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Saunders (April) of Wingo and Nathan Saunders (Maria) of Allen, TX.; and her stepdaughter Sandra Thomas of Shepherdsville, KY. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren.
