He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Tackett Sr. and Daisy Mae Tackett (Laney); his grandchildren, Eliza Frazier and E. Frazier; his siblings, Harry Lee Tackett, David Tackett, Solomon Tackett and Millie Laney; and his niece Candi Renee Elizabeth Tackett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Abigal Smith of Mayfield, Jamie Frazier (Winston) of Niceville, FL. and Daisy Mae Tacket of Mayfield; his brother John Tackett (Jamie) of Paintsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Sara Bouland, Ellianna Frazier and Emilia Frazier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
