She was predeceased by: her husband Ronnie McIntosh; her parents, Robert Spencer Murphy and Sadie Mae Whiteside Burton; and her stepfather Ernest Burton. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Wallace of Mayfield and Cherie McIntosh of Mayfield; her grandchildren, Brandon J. Reed of Mayfield, Carolyn A. Reed of Mayfield, Nicole Kemp Hutson of Mayfield and Ronnie R. McIntosh; and her sister Patsy Burkeen. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
