She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hervie and Mary Tillie Blandford Toon; her husband Robert E. Elliott; her son Jeffery Elliott; and her siblings, James Toon, Will Ed Toon, Sonny Toon, Tootsie Cash, Annette Hunt and Mary Jo Cash Wyatt.
She is survived by: her children, David Elliott (Laura) of Los Angles, CA., Chris Elliott, Janice Morgan (David) of Nashville, TN. and Julie Brinkley of Sandia Park, N. M.; her sister Georgie Mae Sullivan of O'Fallon, MO.; her grandchildren, Adam Elliott, Audrey Elliott Rowe, Elliott Marie Brinkley, Ruby Elliott and Clarie Elliott; and her great grandchild Garrett Rowe.
