She was predeceased by: her husband Noble G. Waggoner; her son Allen Waggoner; her parents, Ira Davis James and Minnie Mae Crouch James; and her siblings, Geneva Smith, Martha Broach, Novella James, Clarence T. James, Carlos James, Clois James and Richard James.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Hamlin (Tom) and Albert Waggoner (Karen); her daughter-in-law Robbie Waggoner; and her brothers, John D. James of Center Line, MI. and Charles James Hickory. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
