She is survived by: her children, Bruce Wade (Jamie) of Murray, KY and Anita Pearson (Benjie) of Hickory, KY; her brother Harmon Ray Hopwood (Eva) of Hickory, KY; and her grandchildren, Jameson Wade (Sara), Kyle Wade (Holly) and Kelsey Lemon (Ryan). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
