It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marty Lynn Canter of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on March 24, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vernon Canter and Jessie Glover Weaks; his grandparents, Fred, Anna Canter and Hazel Rose; and his half-sisters, Darlene Girard and Terri Canter.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Wilson Canter; his stepfather Keith Weaks of Mayfield, KY; his sons, Jacob Lynn Canter of Farmington, KY and Nash Evan Canter (MyKenzie) of Mayfield, KY; his sister Stacey Hobbs of Farmington, KY; his stepsiblings, Mike Weaks of Farmington, KY, David Weaks of Mayfield, KY, Cathy Crawford (Mark) of Mayfield, KY and Candy Weaks of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Ace Lynn Canter of Mayfield, KY, Gunner Alexander Canter of Mayfield, KY and Gannon Zachary Canter of Mayfield, KY; and his close friend Billy DeLapp.
