She is survived by: her son David Crutchfield (Brandy); her grandsons, Caden and Cohen; her husband David Gilbert; her stepson Brian; her grandsons, Anthony and Austin; and her brothers, David Douthitt (Joyce) and Steve Douthitt (Debbie).
