She was predeceased by: her husband Scott "Mack" Morefield; her parents, Herman Chapman and Pennie Cloys Legate Chapman; her siblings, Vera Derrington, Bernice Mason, Hazel June Roach, Avery Chapman and Raymond; and her grandson Joshua Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Rudy Peoples (Rhonda) of Paris, TN., Regina Sandoval (Berna), Lisa Melton of Paris, TN., Rita Mills and Tina Sayles (David). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and thirty one great grandchildren.
