She is survived by: her husband David "Dickie" Fleming; her children, David Todd Fleming of Mayfield, KY and Misty Warren (Jason) of Mayfield, KY; and her siblings, Dale Wilson of Central City, KY and Linda Day of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
