She is survived by: her daughter Daniela Choate (David) of Mayfield, KY; her grandchildren, Dustin Choate of Metropolis, IL and Daphne Riley (Daniel) of Mayfield, KY; and her great grandchildren, Aidan Ward, Jace Riley and Stella Riley.
