She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Joe Mathis; her brothers, Robert Farmer and Bro. Don Farmer; and her parents, James Farmer and Jessie Lee Cobb Farmer.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Gene Mathis of Mayfield, KY, Janice Mathis Froehlich (Bob) of Mayfield, KY and LaDonna Allred of Benton, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
