He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Norsworthy; and his mother Norma "Deanie" France. He is survived by: his son Casey France (Amber) of Mayfield, KY; his stepson Kenneth Lee of Marshall County, KY; his grandson Eli France of Mayfield, KY; and his pet Stella.
