He was predeceased by: his parents, Allie Lorene "Sissy" Jackson Turner and K. Eldridge Turner; his stepfather Roger Hicks; his siblings, Robert K. Turner and Nancy K. Hernandez; and his brother-in-law Jerry Hernandez.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kaye Perkins Turner of Mayfield, KY; his children, Chrysti Michele Trekas (Dave) of Naperville, IL, Amy Renee Jackson of Mayfield, KY and Jason Roy Turner (Alessandra) of Clearwater, FL; and his grandchildren, Ariana Trekas, Sophia Trekas, Taylor Jackson, Jenna Jackson, Nicole Turner, Kaitlyn Turner and Ethan Turner. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
