He is survived by: his wife Saundra Swafford (Holmes) of Mayfield, KY; his son Eric Swafford (Connie) of Glasgow, KY; his sister Rachel McManus of Hickory, KY; his grandchildren, Taylor Whitney and Cole Swafford; and his great grandchild Grayson Whitney.
