He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Campbell and Vertie Floyd Campbell; and his siblings, Jo Anne Jackson, Donna Asher and James Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Elliott Campbell; his sons, Matthew Campbell of Mayfield and Adam Campbell of Mayfield; his siblings, Darlene Jankowski of Gallatin, WS, Tracy Holloway of Corinth, MS, Melody Campbell of Mayfield, Wade Campbell and Scottie Campbell of Covington, KY; and his grandchildren, Lyric Campbell and Kobe Campbell.
