He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jean Kelton Moreland; his children, Gary Moreland of Mayfield, KY, Eric C. Moreland (Jessica) of Melber, KY and Vickie Moreland Evans (Michael) of Mayfield, KY; and his siblings, Joe Moreland (Mary) of Marshall County, KY, Jimmy Moreland (Marlene) of Madisonville, KY, Martha Strong of Mayfield, KY, Debbie Perry of Mayfield, KY and Rebecca Young (Sammy) of Sparta, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
