She is survived by: her husband James "Dub" Trevathan of Mayfield; her sons, Mikal Trevathan (Serena) of Mayfield, Clint Trevathan of Mayfield and Jerrett Trevathan (Jessica) of Mayfield; her brother Shawn Gould (Holly) of Valparaiso; and her grandchildren, Kyle Allen, Emerson Crouch, Jerrett Trevathan II and Brendly Trevathan.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Mayfield (1223 W Broadway, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
