It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon T. Futrell of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on June 2, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Price Futrell; his grandparents, Doris Futrell, Jim and Peggy Price; and his uncle Bill Futrell.
He is survived by: his stepmother Myra Futrell of Mayfield, KY; his brother Andrew Futrell (Monica); his nieces, Maggie, Grace and Nora of Mokena, IL; his stepsister Heather Hilton; his niece Lynsey; his nephew Taylor of Dyersburg, TN; his aunt Evelyne Futrell; and his cousins, Amy Norman (Jerry), Matt Futrell (Stephanie Mitchum) and Shelley Futrell.
