He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Winslow and Elizabeth Robbins Winslow. He is survived by: his wife Trudy Stracener Winslow; his children, Steve Winslow of Lynnville, KY, Jim Winslow of Mayfield, KY, Nick Ball (Beth) of Paducah, KY and April Perkins of Mayfield, KY; his sister Molly Winslow Tartt of Brevard, NC; his grandchildren, Ashley Winslow (Victoria), Madison Smith (Bobby), Cash Winslow, Eli Winslow and Jett Perkins; and his great grandchild Ashlynn Smith.
