He is survived by: his sons, Barry Blythe of Mayfield, Shawn Blythe (Lacey) of Mayfield and Jason Blythe; his sisters, Mable Kirby of Clarksville, TN., Gearl Dean Snipes (Wallace) and Emmie Carr (Sam); and his grandchildren, Addison Blythe of Haslet, TX., Malaya Blythe, Dalton Blythe, Jarius Blythe, Chaunte'Blythe, Tatum Blythe and Cashion Walker.
