He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Domke (H. P.) and Catherine Domke; his daughter Elizabeth Day; and his former wife Pamela A. Jones Domke. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Story Domke of Mayfield; his son John Phillip Domke II (Deborah) of Eddyville; his stepsons, William Mark Atkins of Mayfield and Jack Bradford Atkins of Sparks, Nevada; his siblings, Elaine Pettigo, Paul Domke (Angie) of Kalamazoo and Robert Domke of Connecticut; his grandchild Reagan Day; and his son-in-law Todd Day. He is also survived by step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren, along with many close friends.
