He is survived by: his son Michael Murrell; his close friend Beverly Duffy; and his grandchildren, Ja'Qayla Murrell of Mayfield, KY, Tymeshia Murrell of Mayfield, KY, Sanaa Aram of Mayfield, KY, Za'Riyah Murrell of Mayfield, KY and Aiyonna Burton of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
