She was predeceased by: her husband Billy C. Elliott; and her parents, James Rose and Violet Blalock Rose. She is survived by: her children, Pennie Cruse (Gary) of Hickory and Charles Elliott of Mayfield; and her sister Mary Rachel Vinyard of Mayfield. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
