Jimmy Windsor Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Windsor of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on May 30, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Marsha Windsor; his mother Judy Nelson (Isbell); and his siblings, Stephen Windsor, Mark Windsor and Vicky Beadles Windsor.

He is survived by: his children, Brittany Wrather (Jason) of Mayfield, KY, Jimmy Shane Windsor II of Benton, KY and Courtney Windsor of Pryorsburg, KY; his father Vester Windsor of Mayfield, KY; and his siblings, Kara Rasmussen of Michigan and Chris Newton of Tennessee. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

“I am so sorry to finally hear about Shane. I didn't know what happened to him. When I got a couple of my newsletters back that I would send him, I wondered what happened had no way of finding out. When I discovered this, it made sense. He always said to me that there was something wrong. I loved Shane and his easy way. I know that he is in no more pain and he is enjoying heaven with Marsha.
