Jerry Ishmael Steele Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Ishmael Steele of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on September 18, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Steele and Rubye Mae Olive Steele; and his siblings, Jeraldean Steele and Lewis Steele. He is survived by: his wife Marilla Clark Steele; his son Algene (Donna Steele) of Henderson, TN; his granddaughters, Jessica (Clay Leonard) of Paris, KY and Anna Catherine (Justin Attkisson) of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Jimmy (Yoshiko) of Tacoma, WA and Sharon Elam of Hickory, KY; and his great grandchild Amos Leonard. He is also survived by his wife, son and daughter-in-law, two granddaughters and more recently two grandsons-in-law.
