She was predeceased by: her husband Kenny Lane Wade; and her parents, John Colley and Charlene Colley. She is survived by: her children, Robert Wade (Brenda) of Madison, AL, David Wade (Laura) of Madison, AL and Penny Wade Smith (Rob) of South Fulton, TN; and her siblings, Charles Colley (Kathy) of Jackson, TN and Carolyn Grogan (Ed) of Paducah, KY. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
