She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Mathis and Dorothy Yates Mathis; and her sister Carla Davis. She is survived by: her daughter Rose Montes of Waukegan, IL.; and her brother Ralph Mathis (Kelvin Pittman) of Portland, OR. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
