He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Crawford and Clover Crawford; and his brothers, Fred Crawford and Ben Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Bettye E. Crawford; and his children, Marilyn Crawford, Carol Slaughter (Joseph), Jill Cannamela (David), Dr. Mark Crawford (Donna) and Ben Crawford (Beth). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to First Baptist Church in Mayfield, to be used for their program for Native American children in Arizona.
