He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wallace; his daughters, Jennifer Evans (Johnny) of Benton, KY and Keara Crouse (Greg) of Leesville, LA; his brother Jon Wallace; and his grandchildren, Lindsay Evans (Jordan Williams), Caleb Crouse and Owen Crouse.
