He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Jean; his sons, Larry Dale "Butch" and Gary Lynn "PeeWee" Bazzell; his parents, Lennis Moore and C. L. McAlpin; and his siblings, Louella Pearce, Faye and Junior Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Meyer (Jim) and Lenny; his brother Danny McAlpin (Jane Ann); his grandchildren, Lynn Hale (Keith), Lauri Bazzell, Christopher Bazzell and Justin Meyer (Seonhwa); his great grandchildren, Dylan Lehmier (Stef), Dabin and Cassidy; and his daughter-in-law Jean Bazzell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the rapid spread of COVID and other family illnesses, the family will have private services with Pastor Sam Martin officiating.
