He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Gream; his stepson Rick Hale; and his parents, James Boyce and Frances Adams Gream. He is survived by: his wife Eva Mae Dick Gream; his sons, Kevin Gream of Mayfield, KY and Scott Gream (Sheri) of Mayfield, KY; his stepson Roger Hale (Suzanne) of Murray, KY; his grandchildren, Matt Gream (Tiffany), Jordan Stimson (Jeremy), Taylor Hale, Lauren Hale, Jayden Rollins and Keagan Rollins; and his great grandchildren, Adelyn Gream, Zavier Gream, Zoey Gream, Kyzer Stimson and Zola Gream.
