She was predeceased by: her husband Wilburn Hudspeth; her parents, W. C. Mathis and Sytha Hiett Mathis; and her siblings, Margaret Campbell, Willie Mae Bremer, Van, Tom, Donnie and Joe Mathis.
She is survived by: her son David Hudspeth of Hardin, KY; and her sister Shirley Lansden of Paducah, KY. She is also survived by 1 grandson and 2 great grandchildren.
