He is survived by: his children, Joe Dell Rogers (Kim) of Mayfield, KY, Harold Shane Rogers (Carrie) of Mayfield, KY, Lisa Hargrove (Jimmy) of Mayfield, KY and Rita Patterson (Mitchell) of Mayfield, KY; and his sister Lois Owens of Indiana. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
