It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Blythe of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry D. Blythe and Georgia Marie Blythe; and his sons, Donald Vincent Blythe and Kevin Douglas Blythe. He is survived by: his children, Janett Blythe of Mayfield, Debra A. Holt of Bay Shore, NY and William Blythe (Liz) of Grovetown, GA; his siblings, John Wesley Blythe (Sandra) of Mayfield, Geral Dean Snipes (Wallace) of Mayfield, Mable Dean Kirby of Clarksville, Tenn and Emmie Carr (Sam) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Brandon Holt, Latasha Quash, Keshia Blythe, Whitley Blythe, Chantel Blythe, Shaquita Moore, Brianna Blythe, Jordan Blythe, Jerrika Blythe and Xavier Blythe. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
