He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie Phillips; his son Courtney Phillips; and his parents, Gene Phillips and Jeanette Benefield Phillips. He is survived by: his son Brian Phillips (Amalia) of Cape Girardeau, MO; his stepchildren, Eric Wilkerson (Lisa) of Mayfield, KY, Rhonda Ford (Mark) of Calvert City, KY and Jackie Harris (Roger) of Paducah, KY; and his siblings, Wayne Phillips (Sharon) of Unity, IL, Mike Phillips of Lone Oak, KY and Ruth Ann Phillips of Missouri. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and five stepgrandchildren.
