He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Simpson Puckett; his brother Hillard "Gene" Puckett; and his parents, Murry Puckett and Verbal Adams Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Deborah (Bert) of Stanford, KY, Tim Puckett of Bardwell, KY., Donna, Clarksville, Casey (Vicki) and Cynthia (Mitch Mitchell) of Newbern, TN.; and his siblings, Wanda Ray, Kenneth (Marie Puckett) of Possum Trot, KY., Dolores (Jim Keeling) of Newbern, TN. and Frank (Marty Puckett) of Baton Rouge, LA.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren and four Great Great Grandchildren.
