He was predeceased by: his grandson Ivan A. Sanchez; and his parents, Asuncion Ortiz and Francisca Huaroco. He is survived by: his wife Juliana Ortiz; his children, Sergio Ortiz of Mayfield, KY, Maria G. Ortiz of Mayfield, KY, Teresita D. Ortiz of Mayfield, KY and Martha Ortiz of Mayfield, KY; and his siblings, Angel Ortiz-Huaroco of Battle Creek, MI, Francisco Ramos-Huaroco of Mexico, Rodrigo Ramos-Huaroco and Magdalena Ramos-Huaroco of Michigan. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
